Workshop
Collective sharing and independent riso-print making
Welcome to an afternoon of solidarity-driven zine-making, inspired by QZAP's participation in the exhibition “Ephemeral matters. Into the fashion archive”.
Share your stories through voice and paper and shaping them into independent publications, which we'll print ourselves using a Risograph machine.
Participants should bring a small material sample (writing or images) to share with the group. The material will be collectively discussed, edited, printed, and bound into one or more publications on the same day. You don't need to be a writer or image-maker to attend this workshop.
João Doria de Souza is a printmaking and publishing poly-worker: you might have seen him writing, publishing, designing, printing, circulating, fundraising, parenting, or working in any other capacity. Plantas Studio is João's design practice.
