Library and museum shop closed due to NATO visit

Due to a meeting for NATO Ministers of Foreign Affairs in Oslo in late May and early June, the National Museum's library and museum shop will be closed for certain days. The meeting itself takes place at The City Hall. However, The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and NATO will hold their press meetings at the National Museum.

The library will be closed from Tuesday 30 May through Thursday 1 June. 

The museum shop will be closed Wednesday 31 May and Thursday 1 June. The shop in Stasjonsmesterboligen is not affected and remains open as usual.

We're sorry for any inconvience this might cause to visitors. The rest of the museum will be open to visitors as usual.
