How to request loans for exhibitions outside of Norway

Please send your loan request by email to saksarkiv@nasjonalmuseet.no, at the latest 12 months before the exhibition opening, and include the following information:
o The exhibition title, the exhibition location, and the dates of the exhibition period
o A description of the exhibition concept and the reasons motivating the loan
o A list of requested artworks with the inventory numbers, name of the artist, title and year
o A signed Standard Facility Report, which documents conditions for safety, security and climate control at the exhibition venue.
