Tours for groups with their own guides

We ask that all groups touring the museum on their own buy a group ticket and send a mail to groups@nasjonalmuseet.no, specifying that you come with your own guide.

Please include the following imformation:
- When you will be visiting
- Number of visitiors
- Name of group
- Name and contact information for the head of the group

Please send one e-mail per group.

Important information for tour operators: Digital tickets must be provided directly to the tour coordinator or guide before the visit. Please note that the museum hosts and front-of-house staff are not able to retrieve or locate these tickets in our systems when groups arrive at the National Museum. To ensure a smooth and efficient admission process, the guide or tour coordinator must have access to and be able to present valid digital tickets upon arrival.

We recommend that you use the museum's own guided tours or the Visitor Guide app.
