Violinist Geir Inge Lotsberg has thrilled concert audiences worldwide with the violin made by Giuseppe Guarneri Filius Andreæ in Cremona in 1703.But where has the violin actually been since it made its debut? What has it witnessed and what has been played on it? Geir Inge describes the violin’s journey in a concert talk about and with the violin, which is currently on loan to the museum for the “Master to Master” exhibition.
